15 Minutes to Fit provides no-nonsense workouts that can be completed in about 15 minutes.  These short workouts are intended to complement your other fitness (i.e. cardio, flexibility, strength) but can also be used on their own if you have minimal time. The general  idea is that you can fit in an effective workout everyday regardless of how busy you are!

Warm-ups and cool-downs are not included.

Some basic equipment is recommended: a pair of light and heavy dumbbells, exercise mat, and a bench or chair.  Other items that I may occasionally use are kettlebells, a jump rope, a medicine ball and a pilates ball (or playground) ball.  A lot of my workouts are bodyweight only though!

I am an ACE certified personal trainer with over 6 years of experience in designing fitness programs and training clients.  I am yoga instructor (RYT 200), a barre instructor and consider running my first fitness passion!

I am not a doctor, nurse, therapist or in any way connected to the health care industry. Please always get approval from your doctor before starting a new exercise program or with any concerns you may have with your health and fitness ability.  Common sense is key!
